Congregation B'Nai Israel's religious
school meets three times per month
September through May. (See
Calendar for dates). Classes
accommodate children whose ages span from
pre-school to Bar/Bat Mitzvah age. When
requested, post-Bar/Bat Mitzvah classes
have been arranged.
All teachers are
adults with some teaching experience. The
school curriculum includes learning about
the Jewish holidays; the Torah; current
events related to Judaism, Jews, and
Israel; and learning Hebrew. Each session
includes age-based classroom study and an
assembly for all students.
